This workshop focuses on the best transitions and shapes specifically for plus sized folks! We will cover getting to and coming back up from the floor, fun and flirty floor moves, and flexibility moves for those with and without their splits! Kneepads are encourages.

Wax will show you how to uncover the performers, producers, theaters, and shows that make up the often forgotten and even hidden history of burlesque in your hometown. Use of these tools will be illustrated with a case study on Albuquerque history.
