The New Mexico Burlesque Festival first lit up the stage in 2019, bringing together performers, fans, and dreamers to celebrate the timeless art of burlesque. NMBF is the successor to the Southwest Burlesque Showcase and continues the tradition of showcasing artistry, humor, sensuality, and empowerment.

Every year, we welcome dazzling talent from across the region and beyond, creating a space where performers of all styles and identities shine. 

Our mission is to celebrate creativity, build community, and honor burlesque as both an art form and an act of joyful resistance.
